People POV: Barbara Boeing - Balancing Precision and Creativity

People POV: Barbara Boeing - Balancing Precision and Creativity

Presenting BARBARA BOEING, who joined us in this series of authentic conversations for the 11:11 L.U.C.K. People POV Project. The Brazilian DJ and engineer opened up about her experiences and reflections on anxiety, burnout, and the high-intensity demands of the music industry.

“I think this is a hidden issue that people have. Of course not everyone, but I think in my profession it's really easy to see this happening.

I think burnouts are a really usual thing that I see because the intensity of this job is really really high. For me, being inside of my house and listening to ambient music with my records is the best thing that I can do. It's the most comfortable place I can be at.

I use my breath as an anchor, and every time that I get a bit anxious about anything is just *takes a deep breath* and it works for me.”

We all face our own challenges, each of us navigating something unique. Remember, you're not alone - we're in this together, with our stories, our struggles, and our strength.
