Fashion Photographer and Art Director CHIARA GLIONNA joined us in our journey to spread awareness on mental health, resulting in an authentic conversation about finding your way through the noise.
“I have two main mottos that just rule my life. One is: this thing doesn’t have this power on you. And I use that when I feel like something that is happening around me or something that happened with someone is having too much power on me. So I just want to calm myself and feel less anxious. So I just repeat it in my mind.
And the second one is in Italian: sti cazzi. Which means that you don’t have to care about it that much. And sometimes some situations just need a good “sti cazzi”.
I think that living in a big city, and through my experience I can say it about Milan, really affects a lot mental health also because here everything it’s faster: the work life, your personal life, everything just runs next to you and you feel like you have to follow it.”
Your thoughts are just thoughts, they don't reflect reality.
